As one of our Services Assistants, you’ll be the special ingredient that provides the very best shopping experience for our customers.

Eligibility

  • Must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK)
  • If shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK

What you’ll be doing

  • Always be on hand to serve and support customers on our checkouts, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, offering help proactively.
  • Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On‑Demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
  • Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
  • Safely move and retrieve trolleys in our customer car parks.
  • Work flexibly across the store as needed.
