Our stores are fast‑paced environments where no two days are ever the same. They are at the heart of the local community, providing outstanding value, quality and great service. As a Services Assistant, you’ll be the special ingredient that provides the very best shopping experience for our customers.
Eligibility
- You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (see School Leaving Age – GOV.UK).
- If the shifts cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Always be on hand to serve and support customers on checkouts, self‑service tills, kiosks, or our petrol stations, answering questions and proactively offering help.
- Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On‑Demand grocery ordering service and assist customers with Click & Collect parcels.
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to recommend options to customers.
- Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
- Safely move and retrieve trolleys in the customer car parks.
- Work flexibly across the store as needed.
