What you\’ll do
As the Senior Editor at Zest Production Studios within Sainsbury\’s Marketing Bradwell Media, you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team of video and content editors to ensure the delivery of high-quality postproduction work for both Ecommerce and Marcom projects. Your responsibilities will encompass setting and upholding editorial standards, nurturing a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within your team, and overseeing the end-to-end editorial process to meet creative objectives and client expectations. Additionally, you will balance hands-on editing for flagship projects, manage editorial resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement in postproduction capabilities, all while fostering innovation and excellence in visual storytelling.

Your deep expertise in professional NLEs, compositing, and colour grading tools, along with your strong process design skills, enables you to define and enforce end-to-end post-production workflows that drive efficiency, creativity, and quality in every project. With your collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling, you excel in balancing hands-on editing with managerial responsibilities, while continuously evolving post-production capabilities to meet evolving industry trends and client expectations.
Essential criteria
Leadership in Editorial Operations: Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling editorial or post-production teams within fast-paced agency or in-house environments, with a proven ability to manage workflows and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Technical Proficiency in Editing Tools: Extensive hands-on experience with industry-standard non-linear editing (NLE) software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Final Cut Pro, as well as proficiency in compositing and colour grading tools including Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
Process Design and Documentation: Strong capability in designing and implementing efficient editorial processes, with a track record of producing clear and comprehensive documentation such as workflows, run-sheets, and editorial style guides.
