Sainsbury's is seeking an overnight Nightshift Manager to lead a team and run all replenishment activities across the store. You will prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are replenished, with responsibility for safety and colleague wellbeing during the night shift.
The role requires strong customer service leadership, KPI focus and the ability to manage performance and scheduling. Night shifts are 22:00–08:00 with a £4,500 premium on base salary.
