What you’ll do

As the Post Producer for Zest Creative agency at Sainsbury's, you will be instrumental in advancing the Marcom and E‑comm post‑production operation towards creative excellence and heightened efficiency. Collaborating closely with studio production teams, Zest agency, and business stakeholders, you will lead post‑production workflows across Marcom, E‑com, and social content. Reporting to the Post‑Production Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality assets for all Sainsbury's brands while driving the development and rollout of post‑production strategies, pushing automation initiatives forward, and maintaining the highest standards and consistency across all post‑production workflows and deliverables.

As a Post Producer for Sainsbury's Zest Creative agency, you are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of post‑production operations, asset management workflows, and project management within a studio environment. Your ability to drive the development and implementation of post‑production strategies, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality assets on time and within budget sets you apart. Your proactive problem‑solving approach, commitment to continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder management skills enable you to lead post‑production workflows towards creative excellence, efficiency, and scalability, while maintaining the highest standards of output and client satisfaction.

Essential criteria

  • Extensive experience in post‑production operations and asset management workflows, with a solid grasp of how content moves from brief to delivery.
  • Project management experience, including planning, reporting and coordinating teams to deliver on time and on brief.
  • Hands‑on post‑producing experience within a post house or studio environment, managing edits, retouch, CGI and final outputs.
  • Experience ensuring assets are structured and easy to locate across teams.
  • Experience working with creative, studio, production and technical partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
