Portfolio Analyst (Logistics Transformation)

Joining Sainsbury's as a Portfolio Analyst in the Logistics division means becoming an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team that focuses on tracking project performance, analysing data, and supporting the delivery of logistics initiatives. As you work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and enhance the overall portfolio management processes. What you’ll do

• Support the Portfolio Lead by tracking project performance, analysing data, managing risks and issues, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and governance documentation.
• Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources to provide visibility of portfolio performance.
• Develop and enhance portfolio dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality data and reporting to support the successful delivery of logistics projects and initiatives aligned with Sainsbury's logistics strategy.

• A detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of business operations and project management principles.
• Ability to consolidate and analyse data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
