Food Commercial – Performance Analyst
Responsibilities
- As a Performance Analyst within the Grocery & GM Business Unit, collaborate with a talented team to tackle challenging commercial problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain advanced tools and reports that provide deep insights into secondary space performance.
- Leverage diverse data sets, combine commercial insight and understanding of the business to provide recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create new data sources and insights to solve complex commercial problems and drive tangible recommendations, including secondary space allocation strategy, deal effectiveness and event performance.
- Collaborate with other data and analytics teams to access and integrate data and conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses, providing insights to cross-functional teams.
- Work at pace to meet deadlines and communicate effectively to contribute to the team’s success.
Qualifications and qualities
- As a Performance Analyst in the Grocery & GM Operations team, you are a skilled data professional with a passion for driving business success through strategic insights and advanced analytics.
- Ability to leverage comprehensive data sets to develop and maintain tools and reports that provide a deep understanding of key performance indicators.
- Strong commercial acumen, curiosity and understanding of the business to offer valuable recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement across secondary space.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization to develop innovative solutions and automate processes, contributing to the success of the commercial division.
- Strong collaboration and effective communication skills to work in cross-functional teams and present complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Focus on delivering accurate and timely reports and a commitment to continuous learning to enhance the robustness and usefulness of insights.
