Your strong influencing and partnering skills, coupled with your ability to drive adoption and embed change, enable you to work effectively with senior stakeholders across various functions to ensure smooth deployment of people products and initiatives. With a continuous improvement mindset, leadership experience, and analytical capabilities, you play a crucial role in shaping and delivering sustainable deployment plans that align with operational capacity and business outcomes.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable experience operating as a People/HR Business Partner and delivering people‑impacting change within complex, commercial and frontline environments.
- Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end people change deployment, including conducting people impact assessments and translating findings into deployment plans.
- Demonstrable capability to coordinate multiple concurrent change initiatives, managing dependencies, risks and sequencing to protect operational capacity.
- Evidence of partnering and influencing senior stakeholders across Retail, Digital, Logistics and People functions to shape and deliver people change.
- Ability to interpret workforce data and insight to inform deployment decisions, including use of workforce planning, reporting or analytics tools.
