The Argos Gift Card team delivers market-leading gift card and multi-retail voucher solutions across the Sainsbury’s Group. Operating in a fast‑paced commercial environment, the team works closely with internal stakeholders and external B2B partners to deliver reliable, customer‑first outcomes.

More about the role

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day delivery of our gift card operations. You will manage a shared inbox with a 24‑hour SLA, resolve client and customer queries, process orders, invoices and credits, and support promotional activity and SKU set‑up. You’ll work across several business systems and collaborate with teams across Argos and Sainsbury’s to ensure accuracy, first‑time resolution and a consistently strong customer experience.

You are highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously. You communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and take ownership of issues through to resolution. You enjoy working with data and systems, are confident validating information, and are motivated by delivering efficient, customer‑centred outcomes.

Essential criteria

  • Experience with SKU set up processes
  • Ability to accurately process and validate data across multiple systems
  • Experience managing customer or stakeholder queries within service levels
  • Confidence using business systems (e.g. Oracle, finance, order or CRM platforms)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks concurrently
