What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
- Using a handset to plan your route around the store, determining what needs to be selected and managing your time to complete each shop efficiently.
- Handling customer queries behind the scenes, processing orders, and assisting in loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
- Being ready to serve customers with enthusiasm, supporting their questions, and proactively offering assistance.
- Building strong knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
