What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
- Using a handset that plans your route around the store, indicating what you need to select and how long you have to complete each shop.
- Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers behind the scenes.
- Consistently providing excellent customer service, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
- Building extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer helpful recommendations.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
