Night-shift Team Manager

We're looking for a Nightshift Team Manager to lead and inspire large operational teams within our Argos Logistics Fulfilment Centre.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, driving operational performance and creating a positive, high-performing culture.

- Leading, coaching and developing a large team in a fast-paced logistics operation.
- Driving engagement, performance and accountability through regular feedback and development conversations.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and collaborative working environment where colleagues can thrive.
- Managing operational performance against key KPIs, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
- Supporting overnight delivery and fulfilment operations to ensure stock is processed accurately and on time.
- Planning resources effectively using forecasts, workload trends and operational priorities.
- Working closely with site leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced performance.
- Ensuring high standards of stock accuracy, security, health & safety and compliance.
What we're looking for
- Experience leading large teams within a warehouse, logistics, transport, distribution or fulfilment environment.
- Strong track record of driving performance, developing teams and managing operational KPIs.
- Experience working within a unionised environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of multi-drop, home delivery or final-mile operations is highly desirable.
- A people-first leadership style with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues at all levels.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding operational results.
- The ability to work at pace, manage priorities and lead through change.
