We are a collaborative and fast‑paced Commercial team focused on delivering credible, customer‑led product ranges across our stores. Working closely with Buying, Category Planning and Supply Chain, the team plays a key role in shaping how our products come to life in store. The Merchandiser will be part of a 9‑month fixed‑term contract or secondment, responsible for creating clear and visually appealing planograms that bring our ranges to life in store.

As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with Buyers, Category Assistants and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are in the right place, supporting ranging decisions and enabling stores to execute plans seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple workloads and deadlines across categories, updating planograms, supporting ranging activity and communicating changes to key stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of contact for store and supplier queries relating to merchandising layouts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications:
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while working to tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines across competing priorities.
  • Demonstrable experience communicating with a range of stakeholders across a business.
  • Ability to interpret and apply data using tools such as Excel or similar systems.
  • Proven attention to detail when producing accurate and clearly presented outputs.
  • Demonstrable understanding of how customers shop and how merchandising supports ease of navigation.
  • Comfortable working with data and systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Proactive approach to managing workload, escalating where needed and finding solutions to challenges.
