Sainsbury's is seeking an Argos Shift Manager to lead shifts in our Argos stores, coach colleagues, and ensure seamless day-to-day operation on the shop floor. You will help organise the warehouse, manage deliveries and support customers, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.
You will play a key role in driving sales and profitability through strong commercial awareness, team leadership and excellent customer service, while upholding safety and compliance standards across the store.
