As a Learning Designer at Sainsbury's, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing engaging face-to-face learning experiences as part of a blended learning approach. Working closely with learning architects and business stakeholders, you will lead the end-to-end design of learning solutions, incorporating workshops, facilitated sessions, and practice-based learning. Essential Criteria

- Proficiency using digital learning tools and formats that support face-to-face learning (e.g., presentations, PDFs, e-learning, virtual delivery).
- Demonstrable ability to design learning that meets accessibility and inclusive design standards.
