With a strong focus on continuous improvement and commercial acumen, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving change and delivering excellence in financial and operational outcomes.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable financial analysis for decision‑making; Evidence of analysing and interpreting financial and large sets of operational data to inform business decisions and influence financial performance.
- Demonstrable experience of using appropriate systemic tools to review and enhance data including Power BI, SQ and Alteryx (Snowflake is desirable).
- Effective stakeholder communication at senior level; Proven ability to present financial information clearly in written and verbal formats and to constructively challenge senior stakeholders with varying levels of financial understanding.
- Commercial understanding of business drivers; Demonstrated capability to identify and evaluate key commercial and operational drivers, linking upstream and downstream activity to financial outcomes.
- Delivery of change in dynamic environments; Evidence of leading or contributing to change initiatives, while prioritising workload and managing multiple stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
