Field Based in the South of England (national travel may be required). Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and developing high performing teams? We're looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support the delivery of our Digital operation across the estate. Working closely with store and central teams, you'll use data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships to improve performance, drive change and ensure our stores are set up to deliver for customers. This is a highly visible field based role where you'll coach and support operational teams, influence decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive long term Digital growth across the business.

Working pattern
This role is field based with a typical week consisting of four days in stores and one day working from home, although this can flex depending on operational priorities and business needs. Regular travel is required. The role also includes planned weekend and out of hours support as part of our 24/7 operation, with flexibility built into the role to balance additional support when required.

As the link between sellers and buyers, retail and head office, our Retail Operations team is the cog that keeps things running. With teams focused on store-facing activity, labour, transformation, online, delivery and contact centres, we touch almost every part of the business. It’s an incredibly fast-paced environment, where you need to pivot not just daily, but often hourly.
