What you'll do

As the Creative Lead at Nectar, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing captivating and effective content for the Nectar brand across all media touchpoints, from in-store to online and paid social platforms. Your role will focus on leading all aspects of the brand, requiring strong creative ideation, art direction, and tone of voice development skills to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity. Additionally, as a senior member of the creative team, you will provide guidance and leadership to coach and mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and stay abreast of industry trends to drive creative excellence and innovation within the organisation.

Essential criteria

  • Hybrid creative background (Art Director / Copywriter) with a strong eye for design.
  • Experience in a senior creative role, leading, mentoring or coaching junior creatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating polished presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote and Figma.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple media touchpoints.
  • Experienced in social.
