As a member of our Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing advanced insights and recommendations to support our Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy. Working closely with stakeholders, you will explore large complex data sets, identify trends, and turn them into actionable insights that drive customer and operational benefits. Your main responsibility as an analytics professional will be to support and guide decision-making through advanced analytics. You will gain an understanding of business processes and priorities to design and run trials, and explore appropriate solutions for projects. Using tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Python, and R, you will conduct statistical analysis on large and complex data sets to identify trends and correlations that can be transformed into actionable insights. Your findings will be presented to key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the team by sharing knowledge and seeking feedback.
Success in this role will rely on your ability to deliver impactful insights, effectively communicate with stakeholders, proactively explore new opportunities, and drive positive change aligned with key business priorities. Preferred knowledge of supply chain operations within a retail setting would be beneficial in performing these tasks effectively.
As an Analytics Specialist for the Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy and Change teams, you are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of data analysis and statistical techniques. You provide expert guidance on stress testing, data analysis, and solution exploration. Your expertise in using tools like SQL, MicroStrategy, Python, and R allows you to conduct statistical analysis on large complex data sets, identifying trends and correlations that drive actionable insights for customer and operational benefits.
With your strong communication skills, you effectively present objective recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, contributing to data-driven decision-making and business change aligned with key priorities. Your proactive and inquisitive nature, along with your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally, ensures the success of your analytical support and drives continuous improvement within the team.
