What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a large team at the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to follow rigorous processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction metrics and make decisions to ensure exemplary service.
  • Communicate and collaborate between the business and your diverse, energetic team daily.
  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting the right time, quantity, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Coach and develop your team, driving a culture of change and continuous improvement while adhering to relevant legislation and safety processes.
