What You’ll be doing

  • Manage and develop the team through ongoing coaching and feedback to deliver outstanding results
  • Implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site and centrally driven processes
  • Accountable for overseeing van resource allocation, stock inventory, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
  • Respond to customer demands and volume changes by flexing operational resources to meet targets
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety frameworks while being accountable for managing recruitment and headcount requirements
