As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (see GOV.UK).
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
- Most roles are part‑time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and your hours will be scheduled around your availability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stock room is neat and tidy, and restock products from deliveries.
- Work as part of a team to put deliveries away using a headset system.
- Assist customers in store and with collection of online orders.
- Maintain a clean and clutter‑free store environment to create the best shopping experience for customers.
