Please note we are currently recruiting for positions across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire. During selection and interview, you will be asked which stores you are able to travel to.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring all replenishment activities are completed for the next day.
- Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events in collaboration with the store leadership team.
- Manage people-related activities, including pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management and disciplinaries.
- Take full accountability for the store overnight, role modeling high standards and efficiency.
- Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues working on your shift.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of their salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 – 08:00).
