The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a small team of food managers to oversee the grocery shop floor in one of our supermarkets.
  • Coordinate exciting trading events by collaborating with the store leadership team, ensuring success during occasions like Christmas and Easter.
  • Take full accountability for the store in the absence of a store manager, role modeling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the food hall.
  • Ensure compliance with processes and safety standards while fostering a passion for excellent shopkeeping and creating exceptional shopping experiences.
  • Manage a large team of colleagues, ensuring they perform at their best, are present on the shop floor when needed, and conduct all people-related matters properly, including celebrating successes and managing difficult situations.
