What you’ll do

As the Improvement & Training Lead at Sainsbury's Argos Commercial & Digital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of transformational change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and technologies for both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop training content and communication deliverables.
  • Coordinating engagement and training activities.
  • Continuously enhancing training and communication strategies to drive successful change adoption.
  • Leading process mapping and facilitating workshops.
  • Supporting various projects to drive innovation and improve the skills of the Change and Improvement teams in effective communication and training practices.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to engage stakeholders effectively will be instrumental in driving positive change and achieving business outcomes.

You are a proactive and creative individual with a passion for driving transformative change and enhancing colleague engagement through innovative communication and training strategies. With a proven track record in training, change management, or communications roles, you possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous improvement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously enable you to effectively lead process improvement initiatives, develop engaging training content, and drive positive change within the organisation.
