What you’ll be doing:
- Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver a variety of products to our customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
- Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before driving in various locations and conditions.
- Serving our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, and keeping them informed of any delays.
- When not on the road, helping maintain an efficient operation in the stock room or on the shop floor.
- Building great knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Working in our stores:
As a leading UK digital retailer, Argos provides customers with convenience, choice, and value across a vast range of products for the moments that matter. As a Home Delivery Driver working out of an Argos store inside a Sainsbury's, you'll provide an industry-leading fast-track service that brings Argos products to customers' doors.
Eligibility:
- You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points.
- You will complete an online driving risk assessment during your interview, and if successful, there will be a driving assessment when you join us.
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- You should be able to work a variety of shifts across the week, including three shift blocks during the day: Monday to Sunday 5:00 am - 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm. Your hours will be scheduled to fit your availability and may vary week to week.
- Overtime opportunities may also be available, including supporting your local Sainsbury's.
