Working in our stores. Our stores are fast‑paced environments where no two days are ever the same. They are at the heart of the local community providing outstanding value, quality and great service. As one of our Services Assistants, you’ll be the special ingredient that provides the very best shopping experience for our customers.

Eligibility

  • Must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
  • If shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

What you’ll be doing

  • Always be on hand to serve and support customers on our checkouts, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, offering help proactively.
  • Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On‑Demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
  • Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
  • Safely move and retrieve trolleys in our customer car parks.
  • Work flexibly across the store as needed.
