What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
  • Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restock products from deliveries.
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
