What You’ll be doing: Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment. Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation. Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores. Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations. Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.
