What You\’ll Do

As a Global Ethical Manager, your role will be to lead and drive the company\’s ethical standards and practises on a global scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement ethical policies, guidelines, and training programmes that align with our company values and industry best practises. Your responsibilities will include conducting ethical risk assessments, monitoring compliance with ethical standards, and conducting regular audits to ensure that ethical practises are being upheld throughout the organisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of ethics and integrity, fostering awareness and understanding of ethical issues among employees, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. Your expertise in ethical and sustainability standards will enable you to provide guidance and support to teams in addressing complex ethical challenges and making informed decisions.   • Audit Knowledge: Familiarity with SEDEX/SMETA audit processes and standards.
  • Leadership: Experience managing a global team, with the flexibility to travel internationally a few times a year.
