As part of the General Merchandising team, you’ll work on our digital experiences for Argos, Habitat and Tu, designing for 1.2 billion annual transactions. Your work will drive new product and experience launches, collaborate with in‑store teams, and partner with wider design disciplines to deliver an end‑to‑end experience that delights customers.

What we’re looking for:
Industry experience as a UX or Product Designer is essential, along with applicable technical skills. We also value the following behaviours and competencies.

Essential criteria:
- Extensive industry experience as a UX or Product Designer

- Proficiency in planning and conducting user research and distilling findings into actionable insights
- Proficient in applying UX fundamentals, including insight gathering, workshop facilitation, information architecture, interface and interaction design, and clearly documented design artifacts

Benefits:
You’ll receive an annual holiday allowance, with the option to purchase additional holidays.
