What You’ll be doing:
- Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
- Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
- Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
- Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
- Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.
