What you\’ll do

As a Client Services Manager at Nectar360, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing key client relationships, driving revenue across all Nectar360 solutions in line with overall business targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building strong relationships with clients to identify revenue opportunities.
  2. Understanding client objectives and applying potential Nectar360 solutions.
  3. Supporting the annual planning process with Sainsbury\’s.
  4. Managing all activity for your client base, ensuring timely delivery of results and reporting on campaign evaluation.
  5. Developing relationships with key personnel at Sainsbury\’s and relevant agencies.
  6. Establishing effective communication across the internal team.
  7. Proactively providing updates on client, project, and revenue status to line managers.

With a deep knowledge of Nectar360\’s business, as well as insights and communications capabilities, you confidently navigate the complex landscape of client expectations and deliver results that exceed their expectations. Your strong project management, communication, and presentation skills enable you to effectively manage all activities for your client base, ensuring timely delivery and reporting of results. Your business acumen, self-motivation, and proactive attitude contribute to the overall success of the team, while your constant awareness of industry trends and competitive threats guarantees that you stay ahead of the curve and leverage opportunities for growth.

  6. We also offer other benefits that will help your money go further such as season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, pay advance (where you can access some of your pay before pay day) as well access to a great range of discounts from hundreds of other retailers.
  7. And if you ever need it there is also an employee assistance programme.
  8. Moments that matter are as important to us as they are to you which is why we give up to 26 weeks’ pay for maternity or adoption leave and up to 4 weeks’ pay for paternity leave.
