What you’ll be doing:
Our Deputy Store Managers lead large, complex stores alongside Store Managers and deputise in their absence. They are accountable for the store\’s success and ensuring we deliver on our purpose to make good food joyful, accessible, and affordable for everyone, every day. They are visible leaders focusing on in-store operations, guiding the leadership team to solve issues, drive performance, and create exciting shopping experiences for customers. Managing hundreds of colleagues and a management team, Deputies ensure excellent service standards and fulfill our commitments to customers. This role carries significant responsibility but is also highly rewarding.

- Focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and continuous improvement of the customer journey.
- Experience leading operations with accountability for customer, financial, and organizational outcomes.
