What you'll do

As the BU Ops Delivery Manager for the Grocery Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic alignment and operational consistency within the Business Unit. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing the Secondary Space Strategy and Value execution aspects of the Grocery Business Unit's strategy. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to optimise secondary and promotional space across the Grocery Food division, while also owning the price and value strategy for the Business Unit. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including category trading, commercial operations, retail, supply chain, marketing, and digital, to drive initiatives and achieve customer, colleague, and commercial goals. With your commercial experience and strategic thinking capabilities, you will analyse data and develop insights to support decision‑making, introduce new tools and processes for continuous improvement, and ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders. Overall, your role will contribute to unlocking broader Business Unit objectives and drive success in a dynamic and competitive retail environment.
