What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store, while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
  • Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
  • Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level by morning to be ready to serve customers.
  • Managing people by overseeing performance, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.

Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. Night shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.
