What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
  • Occasionally, you will run a full store operation overnight, being responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
  • Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level by morning to prepare the store for customer service.
  • Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling, and pay.

Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).
