What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store, while also prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
- Occasionally, running a full store operation on your own overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
- Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level by morning, so the store is ready to serve customers.
- Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).
