As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.
Eligibility
- You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (School leaving age – GOV.UK)
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
- Most roles are part‑time, across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
- Keep the stock room neat and tidy, and restock products from deliveries.
- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products.
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
