As a Customer Advisor working in an Argos store inside Sainsbury’s, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

As a Customer Advisor working in an Argos store inside Sainsbury’s, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

  • Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a part time vacancy however overtime may be available. Shifts worked will include weekends and evenings.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
  • Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
