Overview

Argos, a leading UK digital retailer, is looking for a Customer Advisor to work inside a Sainsbury’s store in Liverpool. You will provide the very best experience for customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

Eligibility

  • You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Most roles are part‑time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, at the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings and process refunds.
  • Keep the stock room neat and tidy, restocking products from deliveries.
  • Assist customers on the shopfloor with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
