As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders this Black Friday and Christmas.
Eligibility:
- You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK)
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
- Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
- Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restock products from deliveries
- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
