As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

Eligibility

  • You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (see School leaving age - GOV.UK).
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Most roles are part‑time, working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy stock room, restocking products from deliveries.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
