What you’ll be doing
- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
