What you’ll be doing

  • Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, on the shop floor screens and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
