Customer Advisor – Christmas & Holiday Season
Help our customers find the perfect gifts during the festive period. Work at the tills, shop floor, and collection counter, delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate product and financial service information.
Eligibility
- You must be over the school‑leaver age in your country.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
- Most roles are part‑time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, shop floor, and collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area, take payments, provide details on financial services for certain products and process refunds.
- Assist customers on the shop floor with product queries and offer advice on a wide range of products; support the stock room when the store is quiet.
- Build deep product, service, and promotion knowledge to provide strong recommendations.
