What You’ll Do
Here, you will play a crucial role in supporting logistics operations by managing and communicating system changes, providing first‑line support for logistics systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration between depots, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary contact for the Tech helpdesk regarding logistics system issues
- Planning and approving technical changes with depot and tech teams
- Publishing information about system changes
- Providing first‑line support
- Analysing system issues
- Managing the OSSG mailbox
- Participating in service review calls
- Undertaking additional duties to support depot and central teams
Your deep understanding of logistics systems, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and solid grasp of supply chain and logistics operations will be essential in this role.
