As a Recruiter in the retail management hiring team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple store locations, partnering closely with stakeholders to attract and secure high-quality leadership talent. Working collaboratively and cross-functionally within a team of Recruiters to support the delivery of a high-performing in-house recruitment operation, you will provide a brilliant candidate experience. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will manage hiring activity, drive engagement with store leadership candidates, and ensure a consistent, efficient and positive recruitment journey from attraction through to offer.

- Evidence of sourcing and building candidate pipelines using a variety of methods, including online platforms and direct sourcing approaches
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and produce insights (e.g., MI, trends, or reporting) to support workforce planning and decision making
- Proven capability to manage recruitment processes and systems accurately, including vacancy management, candidate communication, and maintaining data integrity
