This is a high-impact role at the heart of how we deliver great availability for our customers. You’ll own how stock flows across our network, using data, insight and commercial thinking to make decisions that directly influence sales, margin and customer experience. You’ll work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, giving you real exposure to how the business trades—and the opportunity to shape outcomes, not just execute plans.

What you’ll be accountable for:

  • Owning SKU/store level performance—balancing availability, stock, and margin across multiple channels
  • Using data and trading insight to optimise forecasts, allocation and replenishment decisions
  • Driving improvements in forecast accuracy that influence buying, promotions and markdown strategy
  • Identifying risks and opportunities early and taking action to protect performance
  • Delivering strong execution for launches, events and promotional activity
  • Improving stock flow and reducing markdown through smarter, more commercial decision making

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Bring analytical rigour to day-to-day decisions—using data to challenge, prioritise and improve outcomes
  • Translate complex trading signals into clear actions for the business
  • Influence cross-functional teams to align on the right commercial decisions
  • Continuously improve systems, parameters and processes to drive better performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical mindset—you’re confident working with data to make decisions
  • Commercial curiosity—you want to understand what drives performance and how to improve it
  • Ability to operate at pace across multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Strong relationship skills—you can influence and collaborate across teams
  • Confident communicator—you turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations

What you’ll get:

  • Real ownership and accountability from day one
  • Exposure to cross-functional decision making at scale
  • Opportunity to develop commercial and analytical capability
  • A fast-paced environment where you can make a visible impact

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to move beyond execution and start shaping commercial outcomes through insight, influence and ownership.

Around here, there’s always the chance to try something new — whether that’s as part of an evolving team or somewhere else across the business - and we take development seriously and promise to support you. We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working.

When you join our team, we’ll also offer you an amazing range of benefits. Here are some of them:

  • We've also got you covered for your future with our pensions scheme and life cover.
  • You may be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 10% of salary, depending on how we perform.
  • Your wellbeing is important to us too. You'll receive an annual holiday allowance and you can buy up to an additional week's holiday.
  • We also offer other benefits that will help your money go further such as season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, salary advance (where you can access some of your pay before pay day) as well as access to a great range of discounts from hundreds of other retailers.
  • If you ever need it, there is also an employee assistance programme.
  • Moments that matter are as important to us as they are to you which is why we give up to 26 weeks’ pay for maternity or adoption leave and up to 4 weeks’ pay for paternity leave.
