What you\\\'ll do

You will be an integral part of the Front of House Concierge team, responsible for delivering a welcoming and supportive service to create a best-in-class experience for visitors and colleagues. In this role, you will take the lead in customer service at the reception, ensuring a warm welcome for guests and colleagues. You will also maintain positive relationships with the building management team and front of house team to ensure excellent service for all visitors and the smooth delivery for our FM services. Additionally, you will provide support to the Facilities Management team during high-profile visitor visits and special events, assisting with guest registration, escorting visitors to event spaces or meeting rooms, and ensuring the overall condition and availability of meeting rooms. You will contribute to the Corporate Office Care Hub to provide assistance with walk-up queries from colleagues and escalate any issues with the Visitor management system to minimise downtime. With your strong customer service and front of house background, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient environment for our office and its occupants. You will be crucial in ensuring a great colleague environment working with our key partners to ensure all colleague areas are clean and well stocked and well maintained. You will also support in ensuring spaces are regularly reset to align to our Next Level service aspirations.

Who you are

You are an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and front of house operations. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, allow you to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for visitors and colleagues at our multi-tenanted Holborn office. With your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels, you contribute to maintaining positive relationships with sub-tenant support staff and ensure that customer service is consistently delivered at its best. Your keen judgement and ability to spot trends and issues enable you to address challenges promptly and proactively. As a dedicated member of the team, you play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience within our corporate office environment.

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in a front of house or customer-facing role within a corporate or multi-tenanted office environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and support high-profile visitor events, including guest registration, escorting, and meeting room coordination.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with evidence of engaging professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of identifying and escalating operational issues, such as visitor management system faults or facility concerns, to ensure minimal disruption.
